 Garden Cottage is a charming studio ( 12'x16') located within a private fenced garden. Located approximately 15-20 minutes south of Mendocino village, four miles inland, it is sunny most days. The local market is in Albion , 5 minutes from cottage. Amenities include hiking to and canoeing on Navarro River, walks down a quiet country road, great local restaurants. 
Terms: Please complete form below and mail or email me. Checks, payable to Karen Bowers Studio, must be received one week in advance of stay (unless other arrangements have been made). Rates: 1-2 people.

$125 weekend
$425 week
$650 month (1 person) (cleaning fee, to be negotiated)
Dog: We are dog friendly, subject to prior approval and 10% additional fee.  The Cottage furnishings include a Queen size bed, a single camp cot, table settings for two people, a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink and toilet. Hot outdoor shower. Phone. |
